Last updated: 21 February 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Supadex ("Supadex", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, create an account, or use our event networking and matchmaking features (including joining via QR, attendee profiles, and organizer dashboards).
We aim to be transparent about how information is handled and to comply with applicable privacy and consumer protection laws, including requirements relevant to analytics, cookies, advertising where applicable, and consent-based processing.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Account and profile data: Name, email, organization, role, profile fields you choose to add, and identifiers used to sign in or link third-party accounts (for example OAuth with a provider you authorize).
- Event and networking data: Event participation, match preferences, messages or connection requests you send through the product, QR or join tokens associated with an event, and metadata needed to operate matchmaking and reporting for organizers.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, referrer URLs, pages viewed, session activity, and similar data from cookies, analytics, and server logs.
- Communications: Messages you send to us via forms, email, or support channels.
2. How we use your information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Supadex service and website.
- Facilitate event onboarding, attendee networking, organizer analytics, and related features you or your event organizer enable.
- Respond to enquiries, support requests, and partnership discussions.
- Measure traffic, understand product usage, debug issues, and improve relevance of the experience.
- Detect abuse, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations.
Where required, we rely on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligations as the basis for processing personal information.
3. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure performance, and prevent abuse. We may use analytics tools to understand engagement. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where we offer a consent experience, through that interface.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the service, send email, process analytics, provide authentication, or support security and fraud prevention. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the integrity of the service. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards.
5. Data retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating events you participate in, maintaining records, enforcing our terms, and meeting legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may contact us at privacy@supadex.com to make a request. We will respond in line with applicable law.
7. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies separately.
8. Children's privacy
Supadex is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization where required by law. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Supadex after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
