Terms of Service

• You must meet any minimum age required by applicable law to use the service. Where events impose additional age rules, those apply to participation in those events.
• You agree that registration and profile information you provide is accurate and kept up to date, and that you will not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

You agree to use Supadex only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate applicable law or these Terms.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the service, other users' accounts, or our systems and data.
• Harass, abuse, spam, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through the product.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation in a way that interferes with the service, other users, or event integrity, except where we expressly permit integration via documented APIs.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your conduct risks the security, fairness, or reputation of the service or other users.

• Organizers may configure events, networking rules, and data practices within the product. Your use of Supadex at an event may also be subject to rules communicated by the organizer.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, or restrict access where needed for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
• Supadex is not responsible for disputes solely between attendees and organizers, except where required by law.

We strive to keep the service reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee that all content, match suggestions, or analytics will always be complete, current, or error-free. Nothing on the site constitutes professional legal, financial, or regulated advice unless expressly stated in writing by us for that purpose.

The Supadex name, logo, software, documentation, and other materials are owned by Supadex or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the service you choose to use.

The service may integrate with or link to third parties (for example sign-in providers or organizer tools). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supadex and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars (USD $100), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supadex from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Supadex at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Supadex's operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction say otherwise. Courts with competent jurisdiction will hear disputes, unless a different mandatory forum applies.
